Dear Customers,
It is with a heavy heart and after much contemplation that I must announce the closure of my beloved shop, Urban A. This decision has not come easily, but after many tough years, I feel it is the right one for the time being.
Over the years, we have faced numerous challenges, and I am extremely grateful for the support you have shown us through it all. However, the landscape of retail has shifted dramatically, and consumer behaviour has evolved in ways that have made it increasingly difficult for us to sustain a profitable business.
I want to take this opportunity to express my deepest gratitude to each and every one of you who has walked through our doors during these 20 years. Your loyalty and trust have meant the world to me.
As we navigate through these final weeks I sincerely hope to see all of you, my dear customers, here at Urban A so we can say a proper goodbye. You may also find some gems in our sale for one last purchase. Your continued support during this time will help the possibility of a comeback in the future.
While this may be the end for now, I am hopeful that it is not goodbye forever. Thank you for being a part of our story.
